G.E.C., Valsad incepted in the year 2004 at Valsad, Gujarat is an AICTE approved engineering institute, affiliated to Gujarat Technological University. At Training Placement cell, pledged team of faculties and student volunteers are working in hand to hand coordination for overall growth of students. We take care to groom our students according to the needs of the industry and equipped them with all qualities to make them an asset to whichever institute/organization they may join. We seek to open frontiers of knowledge and reveal new horizons of change, to broaden mindsets and to create positive attitudes in our students.

1. Placement Rules and Regulations

Students wishes to register with T&P cell has to abide by rules and regulations constituted by Institute. To read Rules and Regulation please click here

2. In-plant Vocational Training

All students who are interested in in-plant vocational training can submit application form to T&P cell. The training request letter will issue for the span of vacation, announced by GTU. The procedure for getting letter is as below.

STEP-1: Get printout of APPLICATION FORM from following link and fill the form

Application to issue Request letter for the in-plant vocational training

STEP-2: Get it signed from Head of Department.

STEP-3: Submit the form to T&P cell

If found everything in order, T&P cell official will issue said letter to the concern student.

3.Registration in Placement Cell

All final year students interested in placement have to register with T&P cell.

  • For Recruiters

Recruiters interested in conducting campus placement at GEC Valsad can follow procedure given below:

1) Interested organization can send the filled Job Notification Form to T&P cell via email/post.

2) Mutually convenient date is fixed over further communications.

3) Pre-Placement Talk, Written Test, GD, Interviews conducted by company on given date.

 4) Final selection completed on same day and offer letters dispatched to TPO on a later day.
